Bookings

How can i make a booking?
Booking is very simple and intuitive. Just follow the logic of each page. For transfers, which are automatically selected, insert your pick up and drop off locations. It is preferable that you select an option from the drop down menu that will automatically appear. Once the price per vehicle appears just click on your choice of vehicle and you'll be redirected directly to the login or sign up page. After login or signing up and choosing your payment method, you can complete the booking by filling out the service details.

Can i book over the phone?
Yes! You can comfortably book by calling us at +1 843-480-0753

Can i cancel my booking?
You can easily cancel bookings from your account in the "my bookings" section by clicking directly on the booking and the "cancel" button. Check our terms&conditions for our terms of cancellation.

Payments

How do i pay?
For every service you will be asked which payment method you prefer, your credit card will then be pre-authorized for the service amount and will be charged on the date of service.

Credit Card pre-authorization did not go through?
The most common reasons for this is incomplete or wrong card details, or insufficient funds, you can easily add another card to complete the booking.
