Covid 19 safety
Our team fully follows the Italian health department guidelines and regulations, all of our personnel is compliant with "Green pass" regulations, as are our vehicles. Under current Covid guidelines we can only have maximum 6 passengers per vehicle.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 hours prior to time of service for business and mpv vehicle reservations, including transfers up to 150 km distance. Reservations for first class and special vehicles or hourly rate services, or business/mpv services over 150 km travel distance, may be cancelled up to 24 hours earlier free of charge. All other cancellations will be charged for the full agreed amount.
My-limo offers a 15 minute grace period for all regular services, a 60 minute period for incoming flight services, and a 30 minute for incoming rail services. Over the specified grace period the client will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate of the vehicle. 30 minutes after the grace period, and if no further instructions where communicated, the service will be considered a no show and additional waiting time added to service fee. Canceled or delayed flights/trains; My-limo uses flight tracking software's to continually monitor flight statuses, in event of canceled flights that are communicated(by either the client, airline company or airport authorities) within 1 hour prior to time of service, my-limo, will provide service for alternative/replacement flights within reasonable circumstances(at the sole discretion of My-limo) for no extra charge. In the event of no or late communication of canceled flights, My-limo will charge the full amount of service and will facilitate to full extent the process for reimbursement requests of the client towards third parties held accountable. In the event of delayed domestic/continental flights that are communicated(by either the client, airline company or airport authorities) within 1 hour prior to time of service, my-limo offers a further 60 minutes of grace time to the initial 60 minutes for no extra charge, further delays will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate of the vehicle. In event of intercontinental flight delays that are communicated within 3 hours prior to time of service, my-limo will provide service for alternative flights/arrival times within reasonable circumstances(at the sole discretion of my-limo) for no extra charge. In event of rail delays over the 30 minute grace period or cancellations that are communicated within 1 hour prior to time of service, my-limo will provide service for an alternative arrival time within reasonable circumstances(at the sole discretion of my-limo) for no extra charge, in the event of a train cancellation not appropriately communicated My-limo will charge the full amount of service and will facilitate in full extent the process for reimbursement requests of the client towards third parties held accountable. It is the clients full responsibility to communicate a delay, change in service or a cancellation in accordance with our policies.
The full amount will be charged if, once over the grace period waiting time; the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location or the client does not contact My-limo for alternative instructions. 30 minutes after the grace period, and if no further instructions where communicated, the service will be canceled and additional waiting time added to service fee. In the occasion of pickup services(airports, ports or rail stations) where the client does not see the driver and resorts to alternative service without first contacting My-limo, it will be considered a no show and charged for the full amount of service, no refunds will be offered.
My-limo provides an hourly rate service based on a 3 hour or more minimum charge. Hourly or "As Directed" services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client. Vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability allows) for the entire duration of service. In occasion of hourly services, the service must start and finish in the same county/municipality, if contrary a transfer fee will be added. Within the hourly service is reserved a 20 km/12 mile travel distance per hour, if exceeded a transfer fee will be added.
Extra stops & route changes
If, during any service other than hourly dispositions, the client requests additional stops, unless previously agreed upon or included in service details, wait time will be added at 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate of the vehicle. In the event of the client requesting a route change, additional fees will be added accordingly to incremented travel distance and time.
My-limo reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of dangerous substances of any kind, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the chauffeur feels threatened in any way. Client shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. Any passenger who is visibly intoxicated, will not be allowed to board, at the drivers sole discretion. Any passenger verbally or physically intimidating other passengers or the driver will be dropped off at the closest safe location or police station at the drivers sole discretion. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered.
Baggage and Other Property Transported
My-limo reserves the right to refuse service in occasion of excess baggage or transportation of animals that was not previously noted in the service details, all pets and animals must be transported in appropriate containers. My-limo reserves the right to decline service in occasion of transportation of explosives, fireworks and other flammable, combustible, toxic or otherwise dangerous material. If previously approved by My-limo, oxygen for medical use is permitted, but is so used at the sole responsibility of the Client. My-limo does not assume responsibility for the handling or maintenance of any baggage or other property left in the company's vehicles. We will do everything possible to secure and retrieve any belongings left in the vehicle. The client expressly waives any and all notice from My-limo regarding any lost, stolen or damaged belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of same. Please always check thoroughly prior to leaving the vehicle for all your personal belongings.
Excess Cleaning & Damage
If, during or after the transportation service, My-limo is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger , My-limo, at its discretion, will charge the client additional fees to cover such expense. In the occasion of damage to the vehicle the client will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damaged parts and materials and will be responsible for vehicles down time at the rate of $250 per day during the repair.
My-limo shall not be held liable for any failure or delay or deemed in breach of its obligations there under, if such failure or delay is due to, act of god, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of the Company. My-limo reserves the right to cancel any service, with due notice, due to excessively impervious weather, road or traffic conditions.
Smoking and alcohol consumption
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol in service vehicles is prohibited, unless given specific permission from the chauffeur, the matter is at the drivers sole discretion.
On occasions that require overnight travel for chauffeurs, onsite coordinators or other client-dedicated staff, lodging and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client.
All services booked between 23:00 and 06:00 will be surcharged a 20% increment on top of the base price. If location of pickup is further than an hour away from driver starting point, all services booked between 22:00 and 07:00 will be surcharged a 20% increment on top of the base price. For services between 23:00 and 06:00 where pickup is further than an hour away from driver starting point, a 25% surcharge will be applied over base price.
